Job description

Managing the Research and development department
Reporting directly into the Head of Legal Operations
Generating new business lines
Implementing research findings into business models - This includes determining pricing and commerciality for new products, providing training to the processing them when a claim territory has been successfully researched
Resolving technical queries from the clients
