Our well established client in the retail industry is looking for a Retail Key Accounts Manager to join their team!

Duties and Responsibilities:
*Resolving customer queries and complaints. *Plan approaches.
*Identifying Key Accounts.
*Actively communicating with customers.
*New market development.
*Obtaining and exceeding monthly targets.
*Conducting needs analysis.
*Managing an effective call cycle.
*Handling supply/production problems as they arise.
*Prospect for potential new clients and turn into increased business.
*Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and expanding ones network.

Key Skills:
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Work well under pressure and commit to deadlines.
*Have excellent people skills and intuitive to customer''s business needs. .
*Be well-groomed and presentable. .
*Calmly deal with customer complaints and issues. .
