SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Retail Manager within the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate must be proactive, enthusiastic and motivating.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

branch profit maximization
People Management
Stock availability assurance
Meeting customers expectations

Other core functions

Overall responsibility for the store profitability and effectiveness
non-negotiable: Product and price
Reduce selling price on about to expire fresh food stock in order to minimize waste
Staff motivation, reallocation, multi-skilling and discipline as per company policies and procedures
Prepare any reports as required by the Responsible Manager in written, tabulated and graphic format

Enthusiastic and motivated
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Accuracy and attention to detail

Qualification:

Grade 12 or NQF certificate
Computer literate (MS Excel and knowledge if WMS is advantageous)
5+ Years in a Retail Managerial position
