SUMMARY:
Our client in the Retail industry is looking for a Sales Manager to join their store Western Cape, Paarl

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Support the management and growth of sales within the business
Drive revenue through effective customer engagement and upselling
Supervise and support sales staff on the floor
Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving targets
Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
Assist with merchandising, stock control, and store operations
Compile basic sales reports and provide feedback to management

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ relevant retail or FMCG experience (non-negotiable)
Proven ability to work in a sales-driven environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good numerical and reporting skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
