POSITION INFO:
Our client is a leading retail brand known for its innovation, style, and customer-centric approach. With a strong presence across multiple regions, they offer a fast-paced and collaborative environment where strategic minds thrive.

As a Retail Planner, you’ll be the analytical backbone of the merchandising team—forecasting sales, optimising stock levels, and driving profitability across categories and regions. You’ll work closely with buying and allocation teams to ensure that the right product is in the right place, at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

Create financial merchandise plans by category and region.
Forecast sales, margins, and inventory based on historical data and future trends.
Recommend optimal stock levels, allocations, and markdown strategies.
Analyse weekly/monthly performance and adjust plans to maximise results.
Collaborate with buying and allocation teams to enhance range planning.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Degree in Business, Commerce, or Retail Planning.
3+ years’ experience in a planning or merchandise role.
Advanced Excel and strong reporting skills.
Proficiency in ERP and planning systems (e.g., JustEnough and Oracle RMS).
Detail-oriented with strong commercial acumen.
