Overview

Pepperclub Hotel is seeking an agile, data-driven Revenue Analyst to join our dynamic Sales Team. In this pivotal role, you will support the Revenue Manager in maximizing hotel profitability by conducting in-depth analyses, developing accurate reports, and providing actionable strategic insights. Your expertise will inform critical revenue management decisions that shape pricing, distribution, and commercial outcomes across all sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Revenue Manager to optimize hotel financial performance through continuous monitoring and analytical support.
• Assist in developing and executing data-driven pricing strategies across multiple segments, utilizing insights from market trends, competitive intelligence, and demand forecasting.
• Monitor and maintain consistent rate parity across all online distribution channels with daily audits, rectifying and reporting any discrepancies.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of content on Brand.com and third-party online distribution channels.
• Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and rate shops to inform revenue decisions.
• Analyze channel performance data, such as conversion rates, booking trends, and cancellations; prepare and share detailed reports with the Managing Director (MD) and Revenue Manager.
• Generate and distribute a comprehensive daily rate calendar, integrating data from Brand.com and other platforms, and share with leadership.
• Efficiently use all relevant hotel systems, including Revenue Management Systems (RMS), Property Management Systems (PMS), and Channel Managers, to support revenue activities.
• Prepare and present performance reports in weekly revenue and strategy meetings, delivering key trends and actionable insights.
• Provide analytical support to assist in commercial decision-making and ensure successful implementation of revenue strategies.
• Support the Revenue Manager in rate loading processes across PMS, APIs, and Channel Managers.
• Assist in the coordination and distribution of contracts with wholesale and OTA (Online Travel Agency) partners.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in revenue management, data analysis, or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Tertiary qualification (diploma or equivalent) in a relevant field preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and charts; solid experience with PMS, RMS, and channel management technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proactive, process-oriented mindset; strong initiative and time management skills.
