POSITION INFO:
Revenue Operations Executive Own the day-to-day customer success and revenue operations activity across HubSpot, supporting customer communications, pipeline management, reporting, automation, and administration. Remote - South Africa | Remote | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM UK time | R25,000 - R27,000 per month ABOUT OUR CLIENT Our client works with schools, supporting customer communications, onboarding, renewals and customer engagement. The business uses HubSpot to manage customer success communications, lead and deal activity, automated workflows, reporting and customer journey activity. THE ROLE: REVENUE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE The Revenue Operations Executive will support Customer Success Operations and HubSpot CRM and Revenue Operations. The role covers day-to-day customer communications, onboarding activity, automated workflows, customer engagement tracking, CRM data management, lead and pipeline administration, reporting, proposals, contracts, payments and referral tracking. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Run day-to-day Customer Success email sequences, including onboarding, check-ins and renewal reminders. Send and manage customer communications via HubSpot. Support onboarding for new schools, including tech setup emails and checklist follow-ups. Trigger automated workflows at key customer journey points. Track engagement data and flag at-risk schools. Prepare data for impact reports. Keep deals, contacts, and lead records clean and up to date. Ensure every deal links back to its source lead for attribution. Move leads through pipeline stages based on activity. Build and maintain automated sequences for lead nurture. Generate weekly and monthly reports on pipeline, conversion, and activity. Ensure Source of Lead and event title fields are always completed. A\/B test email sequences and report on performance. Send proposals and contracts via HubSpot\/Xero. Chase outstanding payments. Prepare demo packs before calls. Maintain referral tracking. ABOUT YOU Strong HubSpot experience, including workflows, sequences, reporting and deals. Excellent written English. Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented. Available during UK working hours. Active AI user, with the ability to demonstrate this in the application. Data Protection Awareness. Nice to Have: Experience in the education sector or B2B SaaS. Experience with Xero. Event coordination experience. Experience supporting founders\/executives. Experience working in a highly regulated sector.
