Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business stakeholders to analyse, monitor, and report risks in line with the approved risk plan.
Identify risk gaps and control weaknesses, collaborating with stakeholders to develop, monitor, and track remedial action plans.
Prepare and present risk reports, highlighting key issues, trends, and areas requiring escalation.
Drive efficiencies through process improvement, automation, and innovative risk practices.
Maintain oversight of risk remediation actions and ensure delivery within agreed timelines.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:
- Degree in Risk Management or a related discipline.
Experience:
- 2–3 years’ experience within the financial services or insurance industry, with exposure to risk management.
- Experience working with governance, regulatory, and compliance frameworks.
- Exposure to stakeholder engagement and risk reporting.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Sound understanding of risk management principles, governance, and relevant legislation.
- Working knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Strong organisational, planning, and problemâsolving skills.
