In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance and business continuity through the development and implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) plans, programs, and initiatives. Your expertise in HSE legislation, ISO management systems, and risk mitigation will be essential in fostering a strong safety culture, managing outsourced service providers, and ensuring legal compliance across operations. You will also address audit findings, implement emergency plans, investigate incidents, provide HSE legal compliance training, and proactively identify and reduce workplace hazards.

POSITION INFO:
To succeed in this role, you should have a diploma or degree in HSE, a HIRA certificate, and 5–10 years of experience as an HSE or Risk Manager within an FMCG environment. A SAMTRAC or NEBOSH IGC qualification is essential. Strong analytical thinking, leadership, and a hands-on approach to health and safety will also be key to your success.
