This role is pivotal in strengthening their risk frameworks amid dynamic business environments, ensuring robust strategies and proactive mitigation measures. What You'll Do: Provide expert advice and support for risk frameworks and policies Develop and coordinate comprehensive risk management programs Identify, assess, and report on key risks and controls Facilitate risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities Develop and recommend Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) Maintain and update risk management systems Investigate operational events and breakdowns Develop strategic responses to risk exposures Update and test business continuity plans Contribute to risk policies, strategies, and measurement methodologies Drive risk awareness and training initiatives Monitor emerging risks and industry trends Review business initiatives and proposals for risk implications Compile risk reports and ensure data integrity Prepare risk profile reports for stakeholders Ensure adherence to policies and standards Coordinate risk governance and reporting processes Develop assurance plans and conduct risk and process reviews Manage internal audit and assurance relationships Track and resolve audit findings and action plans Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in risk management or related fields Strong analytical skills Proficiency in C programming is advantageous Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Nice to Have: Familiarity with risk management software and tools Knowledge of South African regulatory standards What We'll Give You: An engaging contract role within a forward-thinking organization The opportunity to influence risk strategies at a senior level Competitive remuneration package Hybrid work flexibility If you are ready to leverage your expertise to enhance risk resilience and contribute to strategic decision-making, we invite you to apply today and take the next step in your career.
