JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Create a governance framework and oversee the implementation and monitoring of risk, compliance and regulatory controls within e-commerce and online payments division.
Proactively managing risks including: Operational risks, strategic business risk and market risk
Develop risk management plans for relevant legislation and maintain a regulatory universe
Develop appropriate policies to supplement and enforce the governance framework
Establishing a robust fraud risk management program
Liaise with External Regulatory Stakeholders
Operate as a 1st line support across the E-Commerce business unit

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

Honours Degree (Bcom, LLB or Law)
CISA certification will be advantageous.

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

Minimum of 5- 8 years relevant experience in risk and compliance
2 years’ experience in cyber security and security controls
Non-negotiable is E Commerce experience
