A multi listed, global technology services giant is on the look out for a creative thinking, tech-savvy Risk & Compliance Manager within their E-Commerce unit.

POSITION INFO:

What is required of the successful applicant:

Bcom / Honours Llb / Risk Management non negotiable
Extensive working experience within E-Commerce and/or Fintech environment
5 years experience within Risk & Compliance

Responsibilities:

Responsible for creating a governance framework and oversight of the implementation and monitoring of risk, compliance and regulatory controls within businesses e-commerce and online payments division.
Creating and embedding the cyber security, data security and data governance frameworks into the e-commerce business
Developing a risk based AML/KYC framework for e-commerce and online sales
Stakeholder management
Establishing a compliance and governance framework for the E-Commerce business, its suppliers and its consumers
Ability to transfer regulatory knowledge into sound business practices
