JOB DESCRIPTION:

RS Recruitment is assisting an organisation in the DISTRIBUTION industry to recruit a SALES CO-ORDINATOR/ADMINISTRATOR, based at their premises in BALLITO. R8 000 to R10 000 ctc.

OUR CLIENT IS AN ESTABLISHED FMCG DISTRIBUTION BUSINESS SUPPLYING LOCAL AND IMPORTED FROZEN, REFRIGERATED, DRY AND SMALL GOODS TO RESTAURANTS, HOTELS, COFFEE SHOPS, CATERERS, SCHOOLS, NATIONAL CHAINS, CORPORATES, GUEST HOUSES AND HOUSEHOLDS.

Purpose of the Role:

To generate sales through direct customer contacts and by delivering exceptional customer service and administration.

Applicants should be/have the following:

A minimum of 2 years working experience in a sales or sales support role.

Excellent telephone etiquette.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Initiative and problem solving skills.

Able to multi-task.

Customer centric.

MS Office skills (MS Word, & Excel).

Good attention to detail.

Work well under pressure

Sales & or administration certificate or diploma, an advantage.

Prepared to work Monday to Friday 07:30 to 16:30 and 07:30 to 12:30 on Saturdays.

Work on public holidays (paid overtime) except Christmas, Boxing and New Year’s Day.

Driver’s license.

Responsibilities:

Sales support.

Customer liaison.

Office Administration.

Be prepared to assist in other areas of the business as and when required.

Merchandising.

Remuneration:

Approximately R8 000 to 10 000tctc, depending on qualifications and experience.
