A well-established and growing company in the Dental Industry is seeking an experienced, driven, and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and develop their Johannesburg-based sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic sales professional with proven leadership experience and a passion for coaching, strategy, and business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading a high-performing team, expanding the customer base, and building long-term relationships with clients while ensuring the achievement of regional sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Monitor team performance, provide regular coaching, and conduct performance reviews. Identify new business opportunities and grow the company's customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses. Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute sales initiatives. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high professional standards. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments. Travel when required to support the sales team and meet with clients. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in a Sales Manager or similar leadership role. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong business acumen with the ability to analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities. Computer literate with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport. Willingness to travel as required. Working Hours: Monday to Friday. 08:00 – 17:00 Remuneration: Market-related salary, based on experience.
