POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

• Work with the SI partner to document the AS-IS and TO-BE EAM template for Managed Operations. 
• Formulate the Managed Operations EAM standards
• Facilitate the alignment of the Managed Operations EAM template with EAM business stakeholders across Managed Operations
• As part of S/4HANA Conversion, Migration and Consolidation programme, provide specialised SAP Enterprise Asset Management input to the De Beers business team, as well as collaborate closely with the implementation partner
• The candidate will utilise their consulting skills, EAM knowledge, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate the designed Managed Operations EAM template standards into the various De Beers business environments in order to achieve adoption of the Managed Operations EAM standards
• Manage the implementation of the system in line with the business requirements in the EAM space
• Co-ordination with other process teams in terms of integration with the EAM space
• Complying with Quality standards, processes
• Following the prescribed project methodology and integrate into the programme
• Producing weekly status reports per team and consolidating the feedback for the weekly status meetings
• Manage business decisions and conflicting business requirements
• Obtaining business sign off
• Coordinating and help confirm business participation in implementation; and
• Manage data migration from BU’s onto the central SAP space in the EAM solution areas.

Experience:

• At least 6 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance configuration;
• At least 3 full SAP Plant Maintenance life cycles;
• Knowledge and exposure to SAP Enterprise Asset Management process is essential preferably within a mining environment;
• Experience with EAM processes in S/4 Hana is an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills; and
• Global standards experience in EAM is a requirements.
