Key Responsibilities Develop and manage sustainable relationships with customers that contribute to a culture of customer service excellence. Aim to exceed customer expectations by ensuring timeous planning and delivery of all products and services of high-quality standards. Advise and provide support towards the effective resolution of customer queries. Always ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Achieve and exceed brand target in alignment with Customer Service Index. Management of client relationships and data through our lead management system (CRM). Development and implementation of benchmarked practices, which build service delivery excellence and encourage all team members to provide exceptional customer service. Linking our value proposition to customer needs. Continuously analysing customer behaviour, competitor behaviour, market and economic conditions and adjusting the sales approach. Ensure that our People are our greatest assets. Create an engaging, enabling and productive organisational culture through mentoring and coaching. Ensure the team is aligned to common business objectives. Actively demonstrate leadership through personal involvement, commitment and dedication by leading by example. Adhere to good corporate governance, compliance, integrity and ethics principles. Ensure self and business adherence to related legal compliance, e.g., FICA regulation, POPI Act and Consumer Protection Act (CPA), LRA, OSHA, EE, etc. Support the development and approval of a dealership budget with the Dealer Principal, which is aligned to shareholder expectations, OEM forecasts, financial institutions requirements, market conditions and taking into account all business units\/ functions needs and objectives within the company. Ensure the budget is monitored as per agreed timelines for effectiveness, variances, income, expenses, provisions, etc. Align the team through daily and transparent financial information, targets and objectives.
