SUMMARY:
My client based in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg is looking for your expertise as a layout senior draughtsperson for a contract position. Must be immediately available and able to hit the ground running.

Candidates who do not fit all the minimum requirements or are not immediately available for a contract position will unfortunately not be considered for the position.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum 8-10 years' experience as a Senior Draughtsperson in a multi discipline environment that includes material handling, sizing circuits & wet plant applications. Experience in mining \/ EPCM \/ mineral processing environments Proven plant layout development experience You must be able to interpret and integrate: PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams) P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams) MELs (Mechanical Equipment Lists) You must be able to develop: 3D plant layouts from concept stage Equipment layouts and space optimisation Structural and piping interface coordination Constructability-friendly designs Essential software requirements: AutoCAD (3D capability) Autodesk Advanced Steel or equivalent Advantageous software requirements: Plant 3D or similar platforms Drawing management systems (e.g., Vault
