SENIOR PLANNER

Flora industry has an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Planner.
Key activities include:

• Influencing and implementing the merchandise strategy
• Financial and strategic management of the various products e.g. product planning; reviewing weekly and monthly figures
• Managing forecasts by product by month
• Management of range assortments and replenishment
• Compiling and analysing reports on replenishment and promotions
• Provide guidance and strategy for execution of end-of-season stock management
• Developing promotional & range distribution
• Communication with marketing

Key requirements:

• Relevant 3-year tertiary qualification
• 5+ years proven working experience as a Merchandise Planner
• A high degree of numeracy
• An analytical, detailed and strategic approach to work
• Computer literacy in Word, Excel (advanced) and planning systems
• Strong business acumen and merchant thinking
• Good organisational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven decision-making ability
• Exp in Bill of Material BOM
