SUMMARY:
Our client in the Construction industry is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the Western Cape - Wetton Area

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Qualification: National Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
6-8 Years' experience in Quantity Surveying and 2-3 years of experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
Experience in Construction is essential
Experience managing a team of Quantity Surveyors and overseeing monthly claims
Proficient in contract BOQ analysis, subcontract repricing, and appointment processes
Skilled in site visits, cost control, remeasurement, and final account settlements
Strong ability to manage subcontract payments, contra charges, and procurement efficiency
Computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, CCS, and Buildsmart
Fluency in English and African language advantageous
