SUMMARY:
: Reporting to the International Commercial Manager you will play a key role in developing, executing and reviewing sales strategies. You’ll lead and inspire a team of sales professionals while remaining hands-on with strategic opportunities.

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

Drive regional revenue through strong pipeline management and accurate forecasting
Win new customers across either Geology or Mining solutions
Engage with senior personnel on complex sales opportunities
Track market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions
Represent the organisation at industry events and key customer engagements

Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Conduct regular customer visits and quarterly business reviews
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities

Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in Mining, Geology, Software (IT) or related field
Mining industry experience advantageous
A successful senior sales track record
CRM expertise and disciplined pipeline management
Relevant sales methodology training
Project Management skills
A passion for driving growth and making an impact
Availability to travel
Hybrid position based in Bryanston
