SENIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE - FMCG MILLING INDUSTRY Our client in the agricultural milling industry is seeking a passionate and self-motivated Senior Sales Representative! Location : Bloemfontein, Free State Salary : Market Related Essential Requirements: - National Senior Certificate or equivalent (NQF 4) - 5 years sales experience - At least 3 years in FMCG Milling Industry - Valid driver''s license and own transport - Good computer skills Key Responsibilities: - Develop personalized interactions with customers - Address customer needs with tailored solutions - Consistently gather feedback to identify areas for improvement - Strengthen customer relationships - Develop strong relationships with key retailers, wholesalers, and distributors - Optimize profitability and ensure financial transparency - Regularly visit clients within specified locations - Ensure sales strategies are instituted for consistent growth - Drive revenue growth with the team Essential Skills: - Resilience and coping with pressure - Problem-solving abilities - Strong prioritization skills - Attention to detail - Results orientation - Operations coordination
