Our client is a well-established manufacturing company with over 300 employees, renowned for producing high-quality products and maintaining world-class safety and environmental standards. They are looking for an experienced SHEQ Manager to take full ownership of the company’s Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality systems and ensure full compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, FSSC 22000, and HACCP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and retain all ISO and FSSC certifications and accreditations while driving new quality initiatives.
• Oversee and implement SHEQ policies, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and investigations while managing documentation and corrective actions.
• Lead and develop the Quality Department to meet production schedules and customer quality requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in a SHEQ Management role within manufacturing, preferably with food safety exposure.
• Certifications: Proven experience with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, FSSC 22000, and HACCP.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, OHSA, ASIB, Environmental Management Systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under pressure.
