SUMMARY:
Quality Manager with QUALITY CONTROL experience

POSITION INFO:

Quality Manager required with SAMTRAC and SACPCMP for new contractor based in Cape Town. MUST have detailed Quality Control experience and be able to implement systems. This position will be site based in Atlantis, Cape Town.

You must be capable of managing a safety office to manage below you and will have firm ISO experience.

Responsibilities will include:

Must know and understand Client & Project quality requirements and specifications

Assure that supplier corrective action plans are developed and implemented effectively

Prepare Quality Assurance Plans for contract

Conduct inspections for planned works

Collect test results and determining trends

Ensure the control of monitoring of measuring and test equipment with calibration schedule

Formulate schedule for inspections

Conduct monthly quality audit on contract

Complete monthly quality report for Head Office

Identify and investigate Quality problems

Evaluate validity and acceptability of inspection results

Manage and take responsibility for NCR process

Manage and take responsibility of site processes and site document control
