SUMMARY:
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Site Manager to take full ownership of a busy service station in Stellenbosch, overseeing all daily operations across the forecourt, convenience store, and in-store café. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong business acumen, team management skills, and a passion for operational excellence.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of management experience in fuel retail, convenience, or hospitality operations.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
Financially savvy with experience in stock control, cash handling, and sales reporting.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with POS/inventory systems.
