Employer Description

Our client is a Construction and Infrastructure company providing services to Engineering, Procurement and Construction for Water, Wastewater, Transportation and Power Projects in the Middle East.

Job Description

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
ERP monitoring and project cost reporting.
Risk management (identification, assessment, reporting).
Project scheduling, planning, and contractor reporting.
Stakeholder coordination and executive/Board reporting.
Development and maintenance of project management systems, cost, financing, risk, and schedule plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Skills

20+ years of experience in Project Cost Control & Planning (including 10+ years in construction/contracting).
Strong expertise in cost control procedures and project management systems.
Advanced skills in Excel and database management.
Excellent communication in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Proven leadership, organizational, and team management abilities.
