JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a well experienced SQL Data Analyst or BI Developer to join a fast-moving IT reporting role in the financial and insurance industry (Based in Johannesburg).

You will be Responsible for:

The maintenance of relevant company data
Using SQL to transcribe database queries
Stipulate reports, graphs/charts and tables to management using SSRS.
Build and sustain cubes using SSAS
Use PowerBI to provide reports
ETL using SSIS or other technologies
Evaluate and understand ongoing business report requirements
Build suitable and valuable reporting deliverables

Experience and skills required

BSc degree/BCom/Diploma in Business analysis or related field
3+ years SQL experience
3+ years SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, and T-SQL experience
Advanced PowerBi experience
Experience with analyzing large datasets
Ability to write comprehensive reports
