SUMMARY:
An opportunity is available for an Accountant to join a growing property investment company, managing the financial functions of a student accommodation portfolio. The role includes management accounts, VAT and tax calculations, cash flow forecasting, annual financial statements, audit preparation, and financial reporting across multiple entities.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: Accounting Degree (advantageous) Minimum 2-3 years' accounting experience Working knowledge of MDA accounting software advantageous Intermediate Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills Experience preparing management accounts, VAT, tax computations, and annual financial statements Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team By submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the (processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and\/or MPRTC's clients and\/or verification information suppliers.
