A dynamic opportunity exists for a newly qualified Chartered Accountant to contribute to a high-performing finance team, supporting complex financial reporting, property portfolio management, and strategic investment decision-making. Broad exposure to financial reporting, forecasting, and investment analysis Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership including Financial Manager, Financial Director, and Managing Director Involvement in acquisitions, developments, and due diligence processes Hands-on role managing finance operations within a fast-paced environment Opportunity to lead and develop finance team members across accounting, creditors, and debtors What you will be doing: Prepare and review monthly management accounts and client reporting Oversee billing processes, tenant recoveries, and financial accuracy on systems Review journal entries, accruals, VAT reconciliations, and eFiling submissions Manage audit processes, annual financial statements, and auditor relationships Lead budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of board and committee packs Support acquisitions, feasibility studies, and investment reporting Oversee supplier contracts, procurement approvals, and payment processes Manage working capital, intercompany loans, and financial modelling inputs Lead and mentor finance team members and ensure compliance with internal policies What we are looking for: Recently qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong academic results and first-time board passes Relevant practical experience demonstrated in previous roles Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work under pressure, take initiative, and collaborate effectively in a team Exposure to property management systems (e.g. MDA) advantageous Benefits and unique aspects: Direct exposure to high-level financial and investment decision-making Opportunity to influence strategic outcomes through financial insights Leadership responsibilities early in career progression Diverse scope covering accounting, reporting, and deal support Please note if you haven't heard back from us within two weeks of submitting your application, unfortunately your application has not been successful this time.
