ð§ Key Responsibilities:
- Implement legal safety requirements and initiatives.
- Conduct incident investigations and HIRA interventions.
- Facilitate internal and external safety audits.
- Compile monthly legal and statistical reports.
- Support contractor management and SHE induction processes.
- Mentor SHE reps and influence safety culture through Visible Felt Leadership.
ð Qualifications & Experience:- National Diploma in Safety Management (Essential)
- 2–3 years’ experience in safety operations within mining/heavy industry (Essential)
