JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is positioned as the “Digitalisation partner of choice” for their customers to embark on and take advantage of the Fourth Industrial Revolution journey.

The purpose of a Consultant: Sage 300 People HR is to implement, develop and support Sage 300 People solutions.

Qualifications Required:

Sage 300 People Certification
Other Technical Certifications are recommended but not compulsory
MS SQL
Operating Systems

Experience Required:

· Implementation experience with various industries and have knowledge of time-tested methodologies and business practices that will ensure successful implementation.

Experience of managing accounts and relationships for multiple clients and have a good understanding of what it takes to maintain and develop the most productive relationships.
Have exposure to various industries to be able to quickly understand the client, their products and their challenges in their industry.

Skills Required:

Communication skills i.e. both verbal and written. This includes strong listening and questioning skills to be able to answer questions and convince the client of their perspective if required
Ability to effectively manage customers and staff relationships, promptly respond to queries, ensure promises are kept and manage expectations
Product skills
Excellent analytical skills
Know the fundamentals of ERP and why the company would require ERP
Know the product Sage 300 People and related third party modules and how it can be applied to provide solutions
Have an aptitude for solving problems and finding solutions
Technical
MS Windows
MS SQL
WAN Deployment software
Thin client technologies
Business acumen
Understand business environment and specifically the flow of data transactions during the operation of the company
Understand the business environment that the company operates in create and maintain accurate / accessible and organised documentation
