Our client in the Manufacturing industry (Construction/ Mining products) is looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager with a track record selling products into the Construction and Mining industry.

The company is a Market Leader and the biggest manufacturer in its industry.

Responsibilities:

Achieve agreed sales target
Actively look for new customers and opportunities
Establish, develop and maintain relationships with customers
Expedite and follow up on the resolution of customer queries and complaints
Research and keep abreast of market conditions
Develop a weekly call planner and schedule appointments
Complete and submit weekly and monthly reports
Provide after-sales service
Ensure timely completion of enquiries, quotes and tenders
Responsible for general sales administration
Prepare sales aids and materials

Requirements

Matric
Sales/ Marketing qualification would be an advantage
5+ years experience selling to the construction/ mining industry
Experience dealing with a project-based environment
Ability to read and modify technical drawings would be an advantage
