JOB SUMMARY:
You will ensure a reliable operations and administrative support function for the sales consultants and portfolio managers so that they may prioritise the achievement of sales targets. The role is therefore responsible for the management and control of all internal operations and administrative related functions within the Sales Division.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
NQF 4 or Higher Certificate in Short Term Insurance
RE 5
B Com Related degree
Further training or qualification in Management / Leadership
10+ yrs relevant exp in Short Term Insurance Sales
5 + yrs exp in Management / Supervisory position
Exp in dealing with brokers
Knowledge and understanding of current market trends
