Our client has an opportunity available for a Sales Advisor based in Centurion.

Requirements:

Ability to influence.
Communicates effectively.
Action oriented.
Situational adaptability.
Optimises work processes.
Matric.
RE Certificate.
Short-term Insurance NQF Level 4 qualification or credits.
2+ years’ experience within a sales outbound call centre.
Fluent in English and one other official language.
Compliance with FAIS Fit and Proper criteria.
Be available to work shifts as well as overtime.
Solid sales track record.
Solid out-bound call centre experience and skills.
Leads warm-up and cold-calling will be mandatory.
Knowledge of short-term insurance processes, procedures and business rules- advantageous.
Clean record of accomplishment in terms of adherence to quality standards and compliance.
Consistent target achievement.

Responsibilities:

Consistently meeting sales targets.
Ensure adherence to Quality Assurance processes.
Offer outstanding customer experience.
Ensure strict adherence to workforce scheduling.

This is a 5-month contract position.
