JOB SUMMARY:
We looking for Outbound Sales Agent

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Utilizing leads list to contact customers to introduce the benefits of joining Telkom in order to close the sale
Cross selling of products and service to customers
In dept product knowledge of the various Telkom products and services in order to close the sale
Listen to the customer’s needs and wants and handle the transaction accordingly
Ensure that information are entered accurately and are fully understood by the customer
Provide fair, accurate, timely and understandable information to avoid errors, omissions or misunderstandings
Handle customer calls efficiently and effectively while always complying with guidelines and regulations
Compliance to call flows / script outlines and strategy (e.g., tone and manner, knowledge of products / services, use of professional language, appropriate call handling procedures, etc., through training, and both real-time monitoring and post-sale call recording monitoring)

Minimum Matric-level qualification essential
Clear Criminal and ITC records
6 to 12 months working experience in an outbound sales contact centre environment
Excellent command of English (both verbal & written) essential
Other South African languages essential
Past Sales exp an added advantage
