Sales Analyst

POSITION INFO:
Purpose:
To monitor and analyse both Salesforce and Financial Data, for use in Report submission and Strategic decision making.  Will liaise with various Stakeholders within the Sales Division.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor of Business Management Administration preferable 
Financial Qualification will be advantageous.  

Minimum Experience:
Experience working with CRM’s (Salesforce advantageous)
Has a good understanding of the application of Salesforce
Has sound financial knowledge
Minimum 3-5 years related experience  

Roles and Responsibilities include inter alia:
CRM (Salesforce)

• Working closely with Marketing and Business Manager and Group Leaders to define metrics and KPI’s as well as ensuring that efficient lead to sale workflows are in place.
• Ensure Salesforce (Hi-step) data compliance and completeness across Sales Team
• Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
• Analysis on campaigns effectiveness in terms of traffic, acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue
• Lead and execute core sales processes such a reporting and forecasting
• Carry out ad-hoc sales operations tasks such as buck data uploads and CRM admin
• Marketing and Sales Dashboard updates weekly.
• As needed perform user training
• Monitor/Analyse the South African Construction and Mining industry and identify areas of opportunity
• Support the Branch Network throughout HCSA’s territory including newly appointed sub-dealers.
• Align department strategies and objectives to HCSA business strategy.
• Monitor and analyse CMD division’s strategies and objectives, ensuring continuous improvement, including the increase and retention of market share.
• Submit monthly reports to Line Manage

• Reconcile Equipment sales to ensure all costs are accounted for.
• Assist with drafting of Annual budgets
• Monitor Income statements and report on any deviations from budget
• Tracking performance of budgets against forecasts
• Liaise with Finance department regarding the provision accounts
• Submit monthly reports to Line Manager
