• 2 years+ experience managing a new business development team.
• Experience working with an enterprise CRM, such as Salesforce.
• Proven success in a role that had significant new business development and “sales hunting”..
• Software solution sales experience is an advantage.
• Continuous process improvement experience is advantageous.
• Demonstrated understanding of sales processes and building sales development models
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior level executives.
