What You will Do?

You will be working with one of our clients who are leaders in the robotic space, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities and initiating sales conversations with prospective clients. You will engage IT leaders and CIOs via a variety of channels:

  •     Research: Find the right people to contact.
  •     Phone: Cold calls and calls to follow-up on inbound leads
  •     Email: Craft compelling messaging and continuously iterate
  •     Social: Engage with prospects on social networking sites

Success in this position will lead to a closing sales role. 

What You Will Accomplish?

  • Schedule an average of one meeting per day with a qualified prospective client from outbound prospecting activities
  • Convert qualified inbound leads into sales opportunities, and disqualify all other

How will you Succeed?

  • We will provide you with the best-in-class sales training, ongoing coaching, and professional development.
  • Create and continuously add to a list of high-quality prospective clients
  • Follow our established sales process to generate conversations with prospects
  • Have conversations with prospects and move them to the next stage in the sales process, or disqualify
  • Regularly provide feedback to management on what is and isn’t working to help drive process improvements

What Specific Experience Do You bring to the Team?

  • The ability and willingness to have cold conversations with senior executives
  • Curiosity and research skills
  • Desire to follow the process and be held accountable to metrics that you can control
  • Excellent oral and written communication

What Additional Qualifications You Might Have?

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales-related role or internship with demonstrated success
  • Experience with sales tools (CRM, Zoom)
  • You have read the book Sales Development by Cory Bray & Hilmon Sorey
