SUMMARY:
Our client in the Agriculture Industry is looking for a high performance Sales Director to join their team in Gauteng

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Relevant Bachelor''s degree
Experience in Agriculture will be a distinct advantage
8-10 years of commercial / sales management experience
Demonstrated track record of growing market share
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
Proven ability to position products.
Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
Excel and reporting skills essential. - Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
Ability to work under pressure
Must be willing to travel extensively
