POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor''s degree
• Experience in Agriculture will be a distinct advantage
• 8-10 years of commercial / sales management experience
• Demonstrated track record of growing market share
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
• Proven ability to position products.
• Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
• Excel and reporting skills essential. - Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Must be willing to travel extensively
