SUMMARY:
Lexdan Select is assisting a large Consumer Goods company with their search for a Sales Director.

The Sales Director will be responsible for the sales team and all sales efforts in South Africa and Sub-Sahara.

POSITION INFO:

The main duties and responsibilities:

Manage sales efforts and sales team
Train and mentor sales team
Initiate and drive sales
Expand company’s customer base
Develop new routes to market

Requirements:

Min 8 years’ experience
Degree in Marketing or Business
Experience in Consumer Goods, Electronics and/or related sector
Communication and people skills
Leadership skills – managed a team of 10 or more individuals
