POSITION INFO:
A specialist provider of thermal and industrial process solutions is looking for a technically strong Sales Engineer to grow its footprint within manufacturing and heavy industry.

This role is ideal for someone who understands heat-based processes, furnaces, or industrial equipment, and can translate technical requirements into commercially viable solutions.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Proven experience in technical sales within industrial or manufacturing environments
Exposure to thermal systems, furnaces, burners, or process heating equipment (advantageous)
Ability to engage with engineers, production teams, and decision-makers
Strong commercial and problem-solving mindset
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

Job Experience & Skills Required

Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial sectors
Engage with clients to understand process and application requirements
Present tailored technical solutions and proposals
Prepare quotations and manage the full sales cycle
Maintain and grow key accounts
Work closely with engineering and project teams
