POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS:

Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably within the industrial tool market or similar
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
Strong negotiation skills and ability to win customers over
Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and urgency
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, as well as experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingual – English & Afrikaans

DUTIES:

Marketing and selling of Products and services to existing and potential customers
Servicing existing clients and liaising with new prospects for new business
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Filling out of Call Reports and, on occasion, delivery of products and services to the customer
Reporting non-conforming products, services, and customer complaints to management
Providing feedback to customers on products, services, deliveries, and queries
Determining the degree of customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction

SALARY: Basic, Car Allowance, Commission, Medical Aid and Pension
