Sales Executive

A leading national IT Services company specialising in the delivery and implementation of world class technology and communications solutions, require an experienced Sales Executive to join their team in Cape Town. 

The ideal candidate has industry specific IT experience and will service SME's and Corporates in the Cape Town area. 

A valid Drivers License as well as own reliable vehicle is a requirement. 

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3 years working experience in the sales field
• Experience in the IT sector is essential
• A proven track record of previous sales achievements and extensive experience in customer relationship management is required
• Previous experience with an ICT company as an external sales representative will receive preference
• Strong computer literacy including MS Excel, MS Word and CRM experience

Skillset required:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A strong focus on Customer Service Excellence
• Development and Application of Marketing Strategies and Sales Techniques focussed on expansion and growth
• Business to Business Sales knowledge
• Customer Retention Principles focused
• The ability to implement growth plans
• Understanding of managing opportunity pipelines and hit-rates and how to sell holistic solutions

• Results Focussed and Action Orientated, able to solve problems and find solutions
• Excellent in building lasting relationships, relating to all levels and LSM's

Duties will include:

• Growth: Expansion of the the CT client base using various skills, focussed on SME's and Corporates
• Sales: Promoting and selling to new and existing clients, following up on leads, end to end sales
• Regular Customer Visits
• Achievement of targets and budgets
• Extensive use of CRM systems
• Ensuring a strict turnaround time is achieved
• Reporting weekly and monthly
