JOB SUMMARY:
My client is seeking an experienced Sales Executive with experience in selling electronic equipment and solutions to the mining industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
Matric with maths and Diploma in Sales / Marketing
5 years’ experience in electronic sales, with two years at senior level – preferably in mining
Computer literate (MS Office package)
Knowledge of budgeting
Product line management experience
Must be willing to travel within Africa

Responsibilities:

Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services.
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to enter new markets.
Preparing and presenting bids and quotations that meet specific customer expectations and projects.
Traveling to clients in African countries and locally.
Attending trade shows and conferences and providing feedback on new products, pricing and market conditions.
Compiling and submitting of monthly reports to relevant departments/Managers.
