Company Overview
Our client, a prover of rewards programmes, is seeking the assistance of experienced Sales Executive to identify and create new business opportunities outside of the companies trading and online sales environment and including ‘business to business’ opportunities. The ideal candidate will also manage revenue growth, activities, profit margin, product offering, services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition within this business unit.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 degree

Related Degree or Diploma added advantage

6 to 8 years’ experience with a proven track record

Above average relationships with Networks in the sales industry (B2B)

Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

Duties and Responsibilities:

Build and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive each business unit's strategic objectives.

Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity.

Generate new business and raise awareness of other competitor products and new opportunities.

Develop effective working relationships with customers and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.

Identify requirements for new products & services to anticipate and potentially lead the market.

Communicate opportunity and assist in preparing bids and contracts, responding to customer needs, and managing the sales process from opportunity identification.

Prepare sales brief as required and obtain necessary approval before communication to potential client / stakeholder.

Develop and communicate business model by managing design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of products and services.

Develop, review, and report on the business development strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed
