POSITION INFO:

My clients in Centurion are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to manage relationships with our most important clients. They are the front runners in Slurry Pumps. This role involves building and maintaining long-term customer connections by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to ensure mutual satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing trust, expanding client relationships, resolving issues, and acting as a communication link between customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a background in business administration, sales, or a related field, ensuring our business achieves sustained growth and success.

Education:

Matric Certificate.
Technical Certificate will be beneficial
BSc/BA degree in Business Administration/ Management / Marketing/ Sales beneficial.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Proven sales experience as key account manager will be advantageous
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Syspro or SAP ERP knowledge will be advantageous
Ensure planning tools, report and systems are timely and accurate
Communication between internal and external stakeholders within production environment
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
