POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric
Computer Literate
CRM and email knowledge
Initiating calls to potential customers and securing meetings for sales reps to attend
Updating sales reps’ calendars with confirmed meetings
Identify potential customers who are likely to be interested in the product or service
Address and overcoming potential customer objections during the cold call sales process
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
Provide qualified leads and relevant information to the broader sales team
