Sales Manager, Luxury Hospitality Group

SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales strategy for a prestigious hospitality group. This is a key leadership role for a candidate who is passionate about driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and positioning the brand at the forefront of the luxury hospitality market.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the group’s sales strategy across multiple hospitality properties
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the luxury travel, corporate, and events sectors
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including agents, DMCs, and corporate clients
• Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Represent the group at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
• Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to create tailored sales packages and promotions
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior sales role within the hospitality sector (4- or 5-star properties preferred)
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong network within the luxury travel and hospitality industry
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting tools
• Well-presented, driven, and results-oriented
