SUMMARY:

Exciting opportunity for a high-performing Sales Lead, with strong experience in valves, actuators, air preparation systems, and pressure control equipment, to join a growing and technical sales environment.

POSITION INFO:
Join a well-established company specialising in industrial flow control and pneumatic solutions. This role is suited to a driven sales professional who thrives in a technical environment and has a proven ability to generate business and manage key client relationships.

You will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new opportunities, and providing clients with fit-for-purpose technical solutions. The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio and make a direct impact on business performance.

Education:

Technical qualification (Mechanical Engineering or similar advantageous)

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical sales within an industrial environment
Strong knowledge of:
- Valves
- Actuators
- Air preparation systems
- Pressure control equipment
Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets
Ability to manage key accounts and build long-term client relationships
Strong technical understanding with the ability to recommend solutions based on client needs
Experience compiling quotations, proposals, and tenders
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-driven, results-oriented, and commercially minded
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
