SUMMARY:
Lead from the front in a high-impact Sales Management role within the mining machinery sector.

POSITION INFO:
A well-established player in the mining equipment space is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, lead a sales team, and expand market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong industry knowledge and proven leadership capability.

Education:

Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in mining equipment or machinery sales
Proven experience in a Sales Management or leadership role
Strong understanding of mining operations and equipment
Ability to manage key accounts and drive new business development
Experience managing sales teams and performance targets
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
