SUMMARY:
An established ICT solutions provider is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and manage the full product portfolio within a designated business unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and overall profitability. This is a key leadership role that requires strong business acumen, industry knowledge, and people management skills.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Drive new business acquisition to grow market share within the ICT sector.
Identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities to grow wallet share.
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the sales team.
Support the team in customer meetings, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain up-to-date pipeline reports.
Collaborate with internal departments and OEM partners to ensure optimal customer solutions.
Keep abreast of industry developments, products, and competitive trends.
Report on competitor activities and market insights to develop effective sales strategies.
Foster and maintain strong business relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Manage administrative tasks, including sales reporting and activity tracking.

Minimum Requirements:

Relevant qualification in Sales Management or Business Management.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales management role, preferably within the ICT industry.
Proven track record of managing a successful sales team and achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of ICT products, services, and customer solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Effective time, diary, and problem-solving skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
Tshwane resident preferred.
